At Update IT all website coding is completed by hand using standard text editors as opposed to using applications like Dreamweaver or Frontpage (Expression Web) that tend to generate outdated and excessive code. One benefit of this approach is that we can clean up the HTML code that underlies many websites, removing depreciated and excessive HTML to create standards based HTML code that is easily adapted to any device, be it a computer screen, widescreen or mobile phone.
Today's current web standards are developed and defined by the internet's governing body called the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). By adhering to and testing against these standards Update IT ensures that all websites will function and look consistent across all the major browsers and computer platforms.
